
Kathy Gallo-Doyle

Kathy Gallo-Doyle is an accomplished commercial executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Since joining Evofem Biosciences as Vice President of Sales in 2021, she has advanced to Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations, where she oversees national sales, market access, and brand strategy. In this role, she drives topline revenue growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the organization.
Kathy is widely recognized for her ability to translate vision into execution. She has successfully launched and scaled commercial organizations while building high-performing, award-winning teams. Her leadership style is both strategic and hands-on, with deep expertise in sales force optimization, contracting, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration. With board-level engagement and full P&L accountability, she has a proven track record of shaping corporate culture and strengthening organizational infrastructure.
Before joining Evofem, Kathy held several senior leadership positions at Bayer HealthCare, including Regional Account Director and Regional Business Manager. In these roles, she led complex market strategies across IDNs, GPOs, academic medical centers, and public sector entities—earning multiple President’s Circle and MVP awards for exceptional performance and results.
Kathy holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and is an alumna of the Center for Leadership Development. She is passionate about mentorship, executive development, and empowering teams to surpass performance expectations.
